Default why do i have two different tire sizes on my lexus hs 250h

I have two different tire sizes on my lexus. 225 40zr18 92w and 225 45zr18 95w. Why is that? Tires were installed by Lexus dealership. The internet says the correct size is 225 45zr18 95w. One of the tire 225 45zr18 95w tires is flat. I decided to go to a Jack Williams this time to buy the tires but they were curious as to why I had the 225 40zr18 92w tires on.

no idea - someone screwed up and mixed the 40's in with the 45's on the shelf, or maybe they ran out of the 45's and decided the 40's were close enough. Mine has 225/45R18's all around.
