Could someone tell me where I can find an installation kit to change the radio that comes by default in the Lexus HS 250h 2010.
I searched a thousand sites and can not find anyone or anything that can replace the device, I just want to know what the kit to put any radius there in the hole. not if it is a double or single DIN DIN. Anyone know where I can buy this? I only need is to replace the KIT, and to put any radio with GPS navigation.

I do not think you are able to replace the radio. It is integrated too much into the vehicle computer network and interior design etc.
Have you looked at Crutchfield?
