Cars getting hacked remotely...
This isn't specific to Lexus, but here's a case of a disgruntled ex-employee using a system similar in capability to Lexus' telematics to hack into car computers and disable them. I wonder what the chances are of some call agent on Lexus' SOS system doing a copy-cat...

Oh boy. More bored people. LOL. Someone out there is always going to figure how to crack a code or reverse engineer something.
I think Toyota employs the smartest and most talented engineers out there. R&D is huge, and I don't think they would create anything that would be easy for any kind of hacker to figure out. But you just never know nowadays.
