Not sure either. Front grill looks like from a Ford Fusion and the rear screams Camry...

 

And why did they make this car look like this ? WOW, i know it has great milage but it looks funky.. Sorry Lexus go back to the drawing board

 

i do like the silver combo with the grey...keeps it looking "clean" to an extent. also the silver exterior blends well with the clear tails, and makes the blue outline in the "L" lexus emblem pop out so much more than the other colors

 

not bad. Someone should do up a black one with the red tint tails + bags + sick wheels to show us what the HS is made of

 

I really would like to say that this car looks a lot better in person.....I actually kind of like it.

That's my take as well. Every now and then a car comes out that just has to be appreciated in person. The photo's just don't do justice. I saw a Mica red one in the showroom during the preview and walking around it and sitting in it is a whole different perspective than just looking at a picture. Even the grill doesn't look Ford'sqe in person, it looks Lexus.

I think it will sell fine. But for 15K more, you can have a well equipped RX 450h with almost as good mileage. Only time will see how that plays out.

 

I have yet to see one in person, so i wont be commenting on looks just yet.

I saw a couple of them at a dealership today.The wife likes it a lot.For me,the back end looks good,the front of the car looks "box" like,and the interior looks futuristic...almost spaceship like in a good kind of a way. Mileage is rated at 35 city and 35 highway.
