The ISc actually looks half decent with the rims and F-style blue paint.

And, of course, I hope you are right about the whole NAV system itself being an option.
Remote Touch controller is a feature of the 6th Gen NAV system in the HS. The NAV feature is optional of course.

The pic doesn't show it well, but it's a door for a compartment. I will have detailed photos of the same car after the embargo is released.

Thanks for the pics, Ryan.

The car is not going to win style awards, but I believe it will sell purely on function, gas-efficiency, and comfort : all factors that will make the car sell well, especially when badged under Lexus.

While its ugly the construction of the car is something we have never seen. For one the hybrid powertrain makes it one of hte most technologically advanced cars around. It will have the new remote touch. LEDs are optional for the headlights. The car is nearly totally recycable. The interior uses eco safe plastics.

This car is truly for the "greenies" when you see its construction process.

The fact is cars like this will NEVER pump up a C&D enthusiast. This car is not about acceleration, its not about speed or sport. Its for the "green" enthusiast as no other car is built like it.

Ugly or not, Lexus AT LEAST put the effort in to give it a completely new body inside and out and not do a lame *** rebadge like its Japanese brethen continues to do. They didn't just bring us an Avensis and slap a Lexus badge on it.

Sadly that is a HUGE detail that will be missed by those that just want to call it ugly and call it a day.

you're right but a friend has a civic hybrid and a prius and finds the civic hybrid WAY more fun to drive.

lexus isn't known for sporty platforms and i highly doubt the hs250 will be even remotely sporty, especially with the boat anchor under the back seat.

i wasn't sure it was possible to make it look even uglier, but those pics do it because you took them WAY too close so they distort is hideousness even more.
