My girlfriend has a 2010 hs250h. I put 4 new tires on it 2 years ago, after noticing both rear tires were wearing abnormally on the inside edges. The tire place said it was shocks, so I had 2 new ones put on the rear end.
Now, 2 years later, I was inspecting the tires after she had a flat. The rear tires are once again wearing excessively on the inside edges. So bad they will have to be replaced after 20k miles. The one that had the flat had damage to the side wall, but the tread is both is wearing on the inside edge.
My new tire shop says the alignment is off, and they can not get it to adjust correctly.
I know there is a recall on this vehicle for rear tie rods: https://www.cars.com/research/lexus-hs_250h/recalls/
I called the closest Lexus dealership and was told this vehicle has already been serviced for this recall 10 years ago, before we owned it.
Anyone have similar issues with rear tire wear? What resolved the issue?

During the recall, the rear suspension arms are cast in epoxy making toe adjustments no longer possible. Those suspension arms will need to be replaced at the vehicle owner's expense. That doesn't seem to be a proper recall remedy.
This is from the dealer/customer question and answer instructions:
There are aftermarket ones available on Rock Auto and they do not cost that much. Any experienced independent shop that also does alignments can replace them.
Depending on the car but most of the alignment adjustments are done in the front. Some aspects in the rear can be done but generally its best to do a 4 wheel alignmend
