headlights out
So my trustworthy HS250 had one headlight out two days ago and last night I noticed the second one also went out. I drive the car only 3 times a week each time about 20 miles. Before I get it to the dealer I wonder if anyone have any idea what might have gone wrong? My guess is the lightbulbs. High beams and daylight running lights are good. The other thing I noticed that the light switch on the steering wheel seemed out as well. I remember if I switch between auto/head/high bean the switch itself highlited.
Thanks.
Thanks.
I ordered these from advancedautoparts: https://www.sylvania-automotive.com/...H11SU.BP2.html
but I just realized they gave me those https://www.sylvania-automotive.com/...11BSU.BP2.html
doesn't look like they will fit, right?
I did a search for Zevo LED but didn't find anything that looked like the original that can fit into my HS250HS, do you have a link? Anyone else using LED that will replace the original without adding some adaptors?
Thanks

Those Sylvania H11B bulbs will not work as the connections are different. H11 has recessed plug connections, and that is what you want. H11B has protruding connections that will not work in the HS250h. https://sealight-led.com/blog/h11-vs...ifference.html
You will probably have to return them. H11 bulbs are very common, used by many car manufacturers and every auto parts store has them in stock.
Do not touch the glass with bare skin as the oils make for a hot spot on the bulb and a shorter life. If touched, clean it with alcohol. I wear thin disposable gloves when changing car light bulbs. The hardest part is removing all those clips on the engine cover!
