Took the family to Lake George and Lake Placid this week. It was nice and we were able to enjoy everything in between rain showers. It was also great seeing where the '32 and especially the '80 Winter Olympics were held.

Eating dinner Wednesday night near Lake George the sun peaked out and created a rainbow. I was able to catch a picture of it. Not a great picture but a picture nonetheless

While in Lake Placid I think I "may" have spotted a cleverly disguised a member of TLN Spec-ops Team.

Oh and for the record I brought my old camera on this trip due to the rainy forecast and all the boating we'd be doing. I kinda felt it was the wrong choice and in speaking with bit he confirmed I made the wrong choice. Thanks bit!

Interesting how I guess because the new thread has the word HAL in it that the related thread below is the Smokey and the Bandit Thread vs any of the previous TLN threads

Hey dudes. If I had to change my number, I would change it to #37, which I have been wearing for about 7 years. I like #13 just fine, but when the Lakers got crazy Ron Artest, he chose #37 because Thriller was on the top of the charts for 37 weeks. I played soccer for a couple years with #13, but then also #8, #10 (no I was not a big time goal scorer and the number doesn’t mean in the US what it means abroad), and I wore #19 in hockey for a while. I really liked it when the Lakers signed Crazy Ron Artest, aka Metta World Peace, so I have proudly worn #37 since then. It is prime and my former team wore Boston Bruins colors because half of us were Kings fans (GO KINGS GO!!!) and half were Duckies fans. Patrice Bergeron wears #37 for the Boston Bruins (hi Larry) and is probably the most prominent player to wear it. I could not carry his water, but it’s kind of neat to wear the number and colors of a guy who will more than likely be in the hall of fame. I was also a really crappy street hockey goaltender for 4 seasons and #37 worked for that.
