I'll be the one with the screaming kid My goal is another 30 or so and see if I can maintain. Change hasn't actually been that hard, mostly cutting out the junk and running every morning. I may have to wake up an extra 30 minutes early to get some yoga in too like you suggested

Congrats on the weight loss, Allen! While advancing age brings aches and pains, losing weight is going to help a lot more than you think.

Your loss is my gain

hard to keep off the weight with newborns to take care of. I'm at 215 and need to get back to 185

proud of myself that lately i'm under 200 at the start of each day. don't always stay under 200 during the day.

but... been a productive but crazy week, so i'm chillin' at SB with a rare late afternoon cawfee, a late 'lunch' (their reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich which i love), oh, and an oatmeal raisin cookie to reward myself.

Taking my buddy to go look at a 2011 Avalon Limited tomorrow.

https://www.truecar.com/used-cars-fo...toyota-avalon/

He has a 2007 Mazda 6 sport with over 200k and its falling apart. He bought it used to get him through a rough patch over the past year and its just made his life harder. I told him he works too hard (He works for Capital One Corporate Loan Office) and drives too many miles each year to be stuck in a car that he hates. I told him the Avalon is the way to go for comfort, power and reliability.

the avalon has one side issue which is that it's so easy to fall asleep while driving it that it's dangerous.

Thanks. Its hit or miss at National with the cars, but I have to say they are very kind to me when there is availability.

If I'm completely honest I'd have to say you're exactly correct.

Kudos on the 36! but yes, stretch before AND after you run... And hey just cuz I'm overweight and out of shape doesn't mean I'm wrong

Noted and will do. I shut the proximity sensor off on CUE already so things are looking up!
