Default Grease driveshaft

I read an article a while back showing how to grease the drive shaft and what types of grease to use. Of course now i cant find it so here is my question...what types of grease are used. I remember there was two different types one for the drive shaft and another type for the other side.

I decided to use RedLine Synthetic grease cartridge and decent quality grease gun. I bought both from Amazon, based on multiple positive reviews and recommendations.

I used the same grease on both ends of the drive shaft. If you look carefully, you can find 4-5 grease points. My only challenge was - how much grease exactly to inject.
Decided to go with my gut feeling and just looked for grease coming out of the joints. If i saw grease starting to come out from little crevices...i stopped pumping with the gun and moved to the next grease point.

Very happy with the results. It's been 5-6k miles since i greased everything and the truck is very smooth and quiet. The driveshaft clunk is 99% gone.

I am pretty sure there are 6 zerk fittings. one each for front and rear driveline and one for each joint, 4 joints. i have used royal purples synthetic grease, drive lines get greased every 5000 miles, joints every 10,000.

Thanks for the replies. Just to make sure you both used the same type of grease for all fittings, correct?
