How is this sheet get created?
I’m seeing dealers advertisements that’s not in the sheet.

 

This is very cool and useful info, thanks for sharing! How often is this sheet updated? The info tab says it's daily, but the summary data on the info tab also says last update was April 4 (6 days ago). Also curious if there is a similar sheet for Land Rover? Thanks!

 

The GX does not seem to be as often, but I know some other cars like the RX450h+ were updated pretty much daily as new info comes in.

If you go to the first tab called INFO and scroll down, there are links to other spreadsheets, but they are limited to Toyota and Hyundai. Not sure whether others cars have the same thing somewhere.

I am not sure how the author does it, but I am thinking it is a collaborative effort on the sheet.
