I was looking for a reason to pull mine and modify something after seeing this but I got nothing.
I never really paid this much attention to the details. I tried to shine a light to show this but my camera only does so much.

I don't think anything else on the GX has the same look.
1. The gauge dial center design.
2. The trim outside of the gauge also has some design.
3. The center info has a metallic finish.

I can't remember anyone asking for this but clear plastic over gauges does appear replaceable. Less than $30 for 10-19 models.
