Hi! Calling all pros here to help me identify the door handles on the rear doors of the 2016 Lexus GX 460 Premium please.
Do I need to replace entire handles or the chrome finish is a trim that can be replaced separately?
Also if anyone has any schematics or instructions on how to replace please.

There are a few interior door skin listed on ebay that you can probably swap out

Does anyone know if you were to buy a used door can you remove the silver trim around the inside handle and replace it? Or has anyone found a 3M or similar skin that’s a very good match got our silver trim?

Unfortunately not sure how those pieces come off.

The wood trim piece almost looks like rivets are involved.
