oil filter relocation, spin on adapter, cutout, other?
I've seen different mods related to the oil filter, but nothing here on the GX for relocation. 4Runners and Tundras get this frequently. Some relocate the oil filter and change to a spin on, some just use a spin on adapter. I've seen GX with the cut out in the plate for easier access.
I'm still trying to figure out if I go with relocation, a spin on adapter, or just a cut out. Relocation with spin adapter and oil suction pump sounds good as I'm about to go get under mine for a change.
Has anyone here used either a relocation kit or a spin on adapter on their GX? If so, what kit/parts did you use and where did you place if relocated?

At this time I don't think even the RCI skids lines up for the 4.6L oil filter orientation. It is different than the 4.0L in 4R.
Budbuilt tells me my front skid plate should have it in correct location. They are really trying to get a set out there that is 460 specific with all available service points accessible but nothing compromised in strength.
A long delay on getting them though... ordered them in May IIRC. They are bringing on a couple more welders end of this month/early January so that should speed things up.
