Lexus Service History
Today I learned that Lexus was the first car company to have a centralized database of service history records from authorized dealerships. If you want to see the dealer service history of your vehicle, go to https://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/
After creating an account and entering the VIN of my 2012 GX460, I found every service record from the time the vehicle was purchased new in Texas in 2012 until last week when I got it back from the GLG airbag recall fix. I bought it with 80k miles last month and was happy to see a such a complete, one owner, dealer service history.
PS: Not a sponsored post, just geekin out.

Yes, it’s a nice way to track services and works if they have been done at Lexus dealers. If you’re a DIY, you can edit and add your own services in there too.

We jut bought a used 2015 Luxury at our local Lexus dealership. When I signed up at drivers.lexus.com and entered the VIN number I was treated to the entire service history at the web site. It validated CARFAX and filled in all the details. I am impressed.

Can someone with dealer access look up the service history for me? I tried adding it to my garage but Lexus Owner kept throwing back errors. Not sure what that's about, looks like the GX was previously a commercial vehicle in Hawaii? PM for VIN.

dont want to make a new thread just for this.
im trying to create a new account on the lexus service history site and its been four hours and ive yet to receive the confirmation email. if anyone has access, could you please check on this vehicle.
looking at the carfax it has had two owners, but the second owner only had it for two or three months, and in that time it fail safety inspection. it then passed a few days later after getting 'light bulbs replaced' at the dealer.
im probably overthinking but i just want to be sure. im gonna check it out on monday if i get to take it for a test drive and have a look under to check for leaks and it checks out ill be purchasing it.
thanks

Interesting... VIN is older than mine but order date shows a month later. Mine was ordered in 2/2012 and sold in 5/2012. This one was ordered in 3/2012 and sold in 7/2012. Service history attached.

if you have trouble on your phone (esp iphone), do it on a pc, you will see full service history if you know the vin.
