Hey guys... for the 2014+ models, the spec sheet says "Dual USB ports with iPod® connectivity". Does not mention the ability to play mp3s directly from a USB memory stick. Is it possible to play mp3 music via USB memory stick?

I've also been looking at 10-13' years and am having a hard time identifying the Premium models from the Base models. What are some tell-tale exterior/interior signs that will help me identify a Premium vs a Base model via pictures?? On the 14'+, it appears that LED foglights is a good way to identify a Premium model, plus the wheels. Is this correct?

To add to Acrad35751's reply, I have a 2014 and can confirm playing MP3s off a USB drive works. Tested that out and playing an audiobook with my iPhone Audible app the day I drove my GX home from the dealer on a 700 mile trip. Both features worked nicely.
I also want to express my appreciation to Acrad for this FAQ as I referenced it many times while doing my GX research and shopping.
