While I am not a fan of super detailed installation videos this one was quite good. Interesting, though, when searching U-Hauls site (www.uhaulhitches.com) I couldn't find this hitch available. Doing a search I could only find the Sportframe Deluxe. I guess this is to show how easy it is or to promote getting it installed at a U-Haul location.
