Default USB/Aux not working...not fuse

As the title states - my USB and AUX ports aren't working. I checked the fuses and they are ok. Any thoughts?

It could be the connector is loose. You can pop the side panel on the middle console out and check.

I did try different a USB device/cable but it didn't work. Thanks for the idea though. The "Aux" tab is in gray on the display screen too. So maybe loose connector or just faulty usb/aux thing?

Ok - so I popped out the console area underneath the shifter and the USB/Aux port and... it was plugged in properly.

I even unplugged it and plugged it back in just in case. Restarted the car and the port still isn't working or showing up. Any other thoughts anyone? Bad port, or wiring, or could be anything I guess?

Some used ones on eBay for around $40
