Congrats. I think you did good for that price with the '18 model. It's hard to tell if you got a good deal or not if it's just based on your OTD price. What's the MSRP and Price before fees/tax if you don't mind to share?

MSRP for 2018 GX460 premium is 59299, and tax where I live is 8.75

Wow, you got an awesome deal. With the numbers you provided, the sale price before TLL was ~$52.4K, or ~$7K off MSRP ( or 11.6% off). Great job !!!

Hi guys,

I'm back with Lexus after a long hiatus. Traded in my leased Q7 for a 2017 GX 460 luxury which I financed. The sales associates pushed to get me a $10,500 discount off a $66,8xx car. I asked if they can give it to me for $55k which was a no go but okay'd to sell it to me for $56,000 flat. So I got a $10,8xx discount. Good time to buy these trucks right now!

My understand is if you finance through Lexus, I won't eligible to get $4K rebate. It's only applied for cash buyers .
Yes, it does include the $4k rebate. It was also my understanding that I couldn't finance through Lexus financial to which I secured a pre-approval with my own bank with the same rate as Lexus. But when I spoke with the finance manager, he was actually pushing for me to finance with Lexus instead and he said the $4k rebate will still be honored. If this was the case, I should have pushed for the $1k college grad rebate on top of the $4k (which can't be lumped together supposedly).

This might be a good info for those who are looking to grab this deal.

Those are some awesome discounts!!! Make we wonder if it says something about the '19 model or about industry discounts in general right now.

Was caught out of town and just missed on a black/black premium 2017. Wonder if the $4,000 rebate on 2018's will happen any time soon?

wow, sounds very good deal,
my friend told me that car dealers in Houston sell cars at MSRP+ these days, because of the need for cars due to Hurricane Harvey destroyed one million car in Houston. which makes your price almost unbelievable.

How does 12% off MSRP sound on a Luxury sound.

Also, any chance of getting 15% off MSRP?

Only way you'll know if you try with the dealership. I got 16.25% off for a Luxury GX

Looks like Lexus raised the MRSP a year or so back... only to offer bigger discounts now to make us feel better about the deals we're now getting. Interesting trickery/selling technique.

I got mine 18 months ago, waited for the end of the month for $62k +TTL on a Luxury with drivers package.
