Default Fog and frost on front, defogger does not fo the job, blows out ice cold air

I bought this luxury model 2016 GX 8 months ago.
When it rains in warm weather the front windshield develops condensation. Defogger when turned on blows ice cold air making condensation even worse. Blinding experience. I look at other cars on the road, there windshields were sparkling clean. Why me?? This is 70,000 dollar vehicle and under warranty but lexus dealership says there is nothing wrong and advised not to use defogger, 'just turn the heat on'!!! in this hot weather. Any suggestions?

I thought the defogger supposed to put out warm air rather than cold (at least it does on my other vehicles). Have never tried the GX in warm weather tough.

For fast defogger, make sure your have A/C on. regardless what temp your setting. A/C will remove the moisture from the air. The best way to do is just leave the A/C in auto setting, press front defogger button, let its do the job. fan will automatically goes to high setting.

This is how it is. Turn on AC full and pump up the temp. It will clear pretty quick.

If the AC is off in the GX, when you press the front defrost, it should turn AC on at HI
