Default Has anyone dealt with a CA lemon law car before?

I have a 2017 GX460 purchased new 4 days ago. I noticed a slight pull to the right on the test drive and vehicle was aligned before delivery. Next day I take a small 100 mile road trip and still pulling right, and get some steering wheel vibration at highway speeds, take it in another alignment was done. I drove home today in stop and go Bay area traffic and noticed in a bit. Took her on the freeway and was pulling bad at all speeds on and off the gas(coasting). I have an appt to drop it off again tomorrow. At what point do I start to make a lot of noise?

I had the same issue with my 2017 GX460, vibrations on highway speed and pulls as well. They balanced the tires 3 times until they finally did a road force test. They ended up replacing 3 tires. Seems to have solved the issue, i think there are a lot of issue with the particular tires they use on the GX.

My '15 GX460 also pulled to the right (and sometimes it leans to the right as well). done alignment twice, helped a little, still have issues with..I just gave up.

Note - The GX is VERY sensitive to road surface and winds. On the same road, the NX, Tundra, Tacoma all drive straight and fine but the GX will pull to the right

Radial pull is a real thing, even a Michelin can suffer from it, try a rotation.

They replaced all 5 tires and fixed it. I just hope it does not come back as the tires wear.

It usually won't come back until a tire rotation. At that time, you can do a side to side rotation and that should remedy it.
