Default Need To Flush Windshield Washer System

I have put something into my windshield washer tank that is putting a film on my windshield. My only thought is to drain the tank and flush it several times, including the lines to the nozzles. Would anyone have suggestions as to how to do this? It's a 2014 GX 460, and removing the tank doesn't look like an option. Thanks!

I would just pump the fluid out from the fill nozzle. Then put the new fluid in and drain the whole tank by activating windshield wipers.

If you have headlight washers you will want to flush those lines out too.

Thanks, tecman and Quadro. I had forgotten I had a siphon pump kit till I saw it on your post, tecman. I siphoned the tank out, put a dilution of SimpleGreen in and pumped it through the nozzles, then some clear water, and it seems good.

You could just disconnect the hose between pump and nozzle, at a covenant place. And Pump it out. Not perfect, since the pump would be running for a couple minutes, but no big deal, but still.
