2011 gx460 - what is this part or part#
can any1 confirm what part this is below the front bumper is covers something
what is this part or part# i would like to replace it if possible it is made of steel i think and it is rusted

That's just the front skid plate. You can probably remove it, sand it a bit and repaint instead of replace it.
