Came across someone selling a brand new unused K&N ENGINE air filter for $27 USD. Bought it, installed it and figured it's worth not having to change ever again, just wash, oil and repeat. Can't argue with $27! I have been using these filters for over 10 yrs on various cars, never had a problem. Mind you, we don't drive in dusty areas and we drives about 7,500 miles a year so technically, we are not even required to wash and oil the filter annually! And no, I didn't feel any HP increase or better performance.
