Default Firewall rubber grommet question

Hello guys,
This might sound like a weird question, I got some rubber blank grommets from Amazon which the box stated it contained DEHP. I'm using it to seal up the firewall hole, just wondering if it is safe for the temperature of the firewall since one side of it is in the car? I have no idea of rubber quality of these grommet. I understand the melt or ignition point of rubber is much higher than the temperature of firewall itself. However I'm just wondering whether it can cause any harms to the human body? For kids?

Such a small piece, personally I would not worry about it.
