Default Aftermarket blind spot monitor

I have a 2013 Premium but the one option I wish I had was the blind spot monitor. Is there an upgrade or aftermarket add on. I know this would be hard due to the warning being in the mirrors. Thought maybe something that would attach like those little mirror add ons but with the actual warning in there. I have had a couple of near misses with smaller vehicles on the interstate. Thanks!

Prices and technology varies with what I ran across. Some require drilling into the truck and others don't. I always hated those little plugs in the bumpers and thought that there must be a better way....

Wow that's cheap maybe another 200-300 for installation. Has anyone tried this yet ? I would love to get this.

Default Look good!

I have the parking sensors just need the blind spots covered. Price is right. Hate to have someone drill into truck though.

I really haven't read any good reviews about aftermarket BSM at this point. I guess expect lots of false positives.

I'd avoid the plug ones and only go with something that didn't require drilling through body panels or plastic trim.

I have a voice activated BSM system that works pretty well. It even works days after my attemp to change lane too; it called Wife. 😆
But when I'm driving solo, I use this one.
