That is a much simpler switch...Lexus went all fancy on just a common switch LOL.

I blame these part shortage on the Russians LOL...it looks like alot of them were replacing it.

 

Btw, Oemvehicleparts told me that they got 6 orders for the switch and was able to fulfill one of them - hope it's one of us on here LOL

He mentioned that if it is discontinued Lexus would have cancelled them and showed as NLA. But they are showed as back order with no ETA

 

Hopefully this 020 isn't as scare as the switch is. At least this Japanese supplier seems to have a quantity. In addition...it being used in the Prado as well helps.

EDIT: I sent an inquiry off to Motor Heads Japan about availability of the Prado switch. For those that are interested in that path they may have a better price and their shipping costs are low. I'm not sure if this is correct or not but I thought I read in one of the RU threads that MTS and Crawl aren't available on the Prado in Japan so it might be one of those parts that isn't available from this vendor.

 

Now the Prado gets a stock locker option as well in other markets but some interesting use info about MTS here.

Looks like they get one more MTS mode "Rock and Dirt". Also the comment about sand... I'd definitely say it is worth a shot there.
