This is a real gamble here but I decided to just pick up some new parts from Japan and UAE. Hopefully I don't mess up my GX too badly.
A few notes:
• 859A1-60040 is for export market only so only likely to find in US
• 84970-60070 is for export market too but you can purchase via a website I found in UAE
• 859A1-60020 can be purchased from a company in Japan . / You can purchase in US but price will be like $185-$220 + shipping
When I went here they were selling for 116.19 + around $7 shipping. I see price has now gone up to $138.72. A used dealer wanted $125 + $15 shipping. If you have a '10-'13 and want to try this out with me PM and I'll tell you which used parts dealer to goto. They wanted $200 for the console switch.
With 10% discount... it will be $272.14 shipped to me. Prices weren't far off from used and still quite a bit of savings from purchasing from a Lexus dealer. Of course this could all be for nothing too.
EDIT: You will come across some 10 and 31 models at prices in the $50-$100 range... you don't need this one as you already have this. I wouldn't expect to find a 20 or 40 under $100 for the Drive Support computer.
Still a little concerned the skid control computer on the master cylinder might trip me up.
Mine has a part number that doesn't match any of the existing units for sale. Mine has 89541-60350. I'm not trying to leverage the pre-crash functions of driver support so "fingers crossed" it might not matter...however we are talking about ABS use with crawl so I wouldn't say my confidence is high.
EDIT: Reading back through this tread, it looks like crawl control only came with precrash package and 60080 is for non-precrash. I.e. it may be the same unit currently in my truck.
I just called the local Lexus dealer part and asked them to look at both 60070 and 60080. From what she said, 60070 is not showed as being shipping from anh where and looks like Lexus did discontinued it. However she she said 60080 looks like the superseded part for it. She sent me a diagram of 60080 and it has Speed and On/Off button. I still need to see this part in a real picture to confirm though. But so far it looks like it is the replacement.

In that case, 60100 might also be an option. I don't know if the seller posted the wrong number or something. Most likely he posted a wrong number because the price of this 60100 is much lower than 60070 and 80.

I think 60010 is the original with DAC.
@acrad, can you check your old console switch and confirm? It looks like Lexus has 4 different console for this LOL.

Precrash System = Driver Support which gives us crawl control.
So we want the one with the variable suspension with the precrash system or 60070 based on the picture if you have airbags or 60090 if you don't have airbags.

I think precrash has nothing to do with these switches. It's just some random feature they decided to put in the description somehow.
