I haven't driven with it on like this but looks like MTS "MUD & SAND" or snow for that matter can be run in 4H. I haven't tried turning on at speed but seems to be the only mode that doesn't require 4L and can apparently be used above 7 MPH unlike the other modes according to what I have seen in 4Runner forums.

I'm only going off what I saw on the Prado forums but they reported that MTS would show up if Drive Support Computer was updated but wouldn't work because the crawl profile wasn't active in the skid control ECU. Of course you need the console switch to activate crawl.
For the real adventurous some of the RU Prado users were doing some manual switches to activate it. If this works you are talking a really cheap mod.

A few thoughts about MTS from 4Runner forum
"My understanding was that it just changes the sensitivity of the throttle and the traction control system."
"It also changes brake response. Normally there is a good amount of travel in the brake pedal when using MTS the travel is greatly decreased, which is really nice offroad"
"In MTS, it will allow more wheel spin before cutting throttle and applying brakes. Similarly, the ABS doesn't kick in and release the brakes when a wheel stops and digs in."

Oh well megazip canceled the order so I ended up ordered it from a US dealer in Miami. Hope it's in stock LOL.

I ordered from magazip yesterday and just found one from a wrecking yard. When did you order from them? They havent cancel mine yet but if yours is earlier than mine, then I guess I have to look into getting the other one.

I also asked Motor Heads Japan website and accord to them that part is for oversea only. It doesn’t make sense. Another member checked on Canadian website and couldn’t find any listing for it which could means and different part number may be used in canada and else where.

I ordered it 2 days ago and they sent the cancel email yesterday.

Try looking for some different part numbers and look at the picture they posted. Sometimes they post wrong parts number. The one I bought was post as 60100. Just remember to confirm with the seller before placing the order.
