Thumbs down PCS calibration template / Techstream instructions?

Is there a template for doing the PCS calibrations for the radar and side warnings? I’ve seen some that are professional stuff but for the non-pro, is there a printout or anything that can be used for this calibration? Am thinking taht a properly positioned one would work in lieu of having to get dealer to do it. Something that tells me the exact distance, heights and all that would be perfect.

With Techstream, is there a video for calibrating this specific the GX? I’ve seen them in general but not in specifics.

The PCS has been giving me the PCS warning since about 2 months after the update was installed. It has not been right since. Drives me crazy and I’d really like to get it to work properly.

Thanks in advance.

Tried searching many ways but can’t find the question as I’m probably using the wrong terms.

I have not seen a GX specific video.

Did you check out this thread to see if any info?

Thanks. I had seen that retrofit thread and it is a great one. The second, I had not. What I had seen on the web shows a black and white circle thing cut into 4 pieces with level and all. That is what I do not have.

Will check this out and see if that will do the trick. Thanks.

There is a whole section of Techstream procedure to do that, will require a flat surface and a square metal plate. You can get a two days subscription and download it from the tech.toyota.com site.

Picking the correct terms to search for is apparently not my strong suit. Am a computer geek but had no luck, hence the thread.

I have Techstream already. Is there an additional thing I’ll need a 2 day subscription for? Lastly, the square thing - what is it called and can I buy or make one? Thanks again.
