GX460 parts that are interchangeable with Toyota
Hi! I am a new 16 GX 460 owner. I know that a lot of Lexus parts come in Toyota packaging. Is there a list somewhere that tells which Toyota OEM part is interchangeable/same with Lexus?
In particular I am coming to the point where I need to change cabin and air filters. It won't be long until my first brake pad change. I am curious as Lexus parts are pretty expensive whilst the same parts at Toyota dealer might be cheaper.
Many thanks in advance,
M

Congrats and welcome!
The part numbers are usually the same, because as you noted, it's usually branded as a Toyota part. Therefore, just search online for the Toyota version and you'll usually find it a few bucks cheaper.
When I had a 2006 RX400h, I wanted to add the factory tow hitch. I realized that the part numbers where the same so I ordered the tow hitch from my local Toyota dealer and saved about $200.

I used the following for my front and rear wiper blades. Amazon will say it doesn't fit, but it does.
