I am considering leasing a GX. I tried to build a GX on Lexus website. Lexus Safty System + does not seem to be available for the GX. Is that true?

Just curious, are you moving away from the Mercedes or is this in addition to the GL?

We are keeping the GL. I am looking to replace our 2002 LS with something different. I am looking at leasing a GLE, XC90, X5, GX, or RX. We need to have the auto-breaking feature. I guess GX is out of the question.

To be honest with you, I would like to wait for the redesigned GX (or TX or whatever it will be called), but doesn't look like it will be available anytime soon. So we will just lease something until it becomes available - if there will be a new GX.

Before you rule out, just compare what's included with the LSS vs PCS systems. Lexus I believe offers some of the tech included in LSS, but named differently

When is Lexus gonna redesign the GX? We need a 3row crossover the size of the GX, Q7, or GLS. We are ok leasing the German brands. But we rather buy a Lexus. Lexus IS handing business to the Europeans.

Upto them basically. I guess next MY or later. If you are leasing, just go with the Germans. You will certainely not regret it over a the prehistoric GX

I think LSS is being rolled into 2017 model year.
LX is getting it 2016 model year.

i think the LSS packages are coming part of the refreshes or redesigns. but again Lexus is plain stubborn and slow at vehicle rollouts
