Motolex, does your truck have any lift or can you fit the 285/60/18 without rubbing or modifications??

@motolex722 , did you ever get the 285/60/18 BFG KO2 installed? I just ordered some fn fx pro wheels and want to put some 285s but wasn't sure if it will fit. Nice GX I got the same color if it's the knights armor pearl. Thanks

thank you for your input.
Yes they will fit. Even the 18" 4Runner limited wheels will fit too as well as the 17".

visuthdy: this looks awesome. I think I am going to pick up a set of FN wheels very soon. Do you know if these were hubcentric on your GX?

Thanks!

I believe they are hubcentric, but you should contact Dustin at FN wheels. He'll answer all your questions and even give you a quote. They are pretty much a replica it the Toyota trd pro wheels, but wider to support wider tires. Check out 4Runner forums and tacoworld forum. Plenty of discussions and pix.

I don't log in here that often, sorry if you posted this question a while ago...Yes, these were stock tires and they had tread on them so I just ordered the same size although these rims are a little wider.

Thanks, I contacted him and he confirmed these are hub centric. They also have a wheel called the 6 shooter that he said were hub centric for the GX. This is a great option for anyone looking for 17's

Black Rhino seems to be a popular choice for the GX. This was in front of the shop when I went to pick up my GX today. 22"

Technically not after market - just powder coated stick rims with a meatier tire

How well will powder coated wheels hold up? nicks and scratches showing the silver would annoy me.

They should hold up really well. Powder coating bonds really well with the surface vs. the plastic dip stuff that peels off pretty easy. The caps had to be painted as they are plastic but they look pretty seamless!
