Default Jerry Johnson (Midwest Superstore) Does It Again Re Lexus Extended Warranty

Hey all...Jerry does it again.

Just purchased a 2015 GX and was looking for an 8 yr/100K mile Platinum $0 deductible warranty. Called nearly all the dealers in my state and got pricing, including from the dealership who sold me the vehicle. Jerry's price was easily $750 or more less than nearly everyone. My own dealer said he would give it to me at the same price they sell it to employees - Jerry beat that by over $400. I showed his pricing to the dealership just to be honest and transparent - they said they couldn't touch it.

My dealer tried to convince me to spend the extra $400+ for the betterment of "our relationship"! I told him that not only do I have a relationship with them re multiple vehicle purchases, but I have the long-term relationship with the service department. They didn't need an extra $400 from me.

Jerry was great to deal with - polite, professional, easy going. I couldn't have asked for better. Just a super guy to deal with. The whole transaction was done in 5 minutes.

Best,
Alan

What exactly you paid for? I am in the same boat looking for an extended warranty for my 2015 GX . I need 100k or more with zero deductible, years can be less as I put on 25-30 k per year

Thanks

In the info I received, the least years would be 6 years.
100K miles policy around $1650
125K policy around $2270.

That help?
Alan
