I have a set of wheel/tire from my 14 fj crusier.

FJ size 265/70/17. (31.6 in total diameter) This is the same as 2014 4 runner.

stock size 265/60/18 (30.52).

Will they fit without rubbing? I am hoping to add 1/2 in lift to my 14 GX also fill in the empty wheel spaces.

I don't think so. You don't have that much room to play with on the back wheels. I'm amazed how little room there is between the rear bumper and the tire. Adding more than an inch will likely rub.

the tacoma 4runner gx and FJ all share the same 6 lug pattern and i believe the offsets are all the same. FJ rims will fit the gx

The wheel may fit fine, however when you add oversized tires to the wheel...that's where rubbing occurs.
