Default 2015 gx off road

Thinking of getting a gx 460 w/premium pkg. since i will use the truck in snow country for skiing
and some trails(off rd)in summer was concerned that the approach/departure angle seem shallow
for this truck. specs give only the "normal" settings (think it was 22/24) is their another setting to
give better clearance? jeep has 26/30 need to know .
thanks for any help

Approach angle got much worse on 2014+ due to the huge bumper in the front. 2013 and before have a much better 28-degree approach angle.

Air suspension only works on the rear so you're stuck with that 22 or whatever it is. Lift and tires are about all you can do.

2014 GX 460 is good for mild fire road only. It is too low. It is also too nice of a car to take off road. Fine dust/dirt gets into very where. After 3 car washes, there are still dirt coming out.

I went off road with mine once and I scuffed the running board and lower front. I ended up buying a beater 4 runner 4wd to go off road.

I Agree, it is a competent off-road vehicle but it is also a delicate pristine luxury vehicle that will damage easily.I can see how the new front end would be an off-road compromise as well.
