Hi folks,

Chalk up another owner of a (late) brand new 2014 GX Luxury with everything on it…Mark Levinson, Driver Support, Rear Seat Entertainment, RES+, Tow hitch, etc, etc.

Dealer tells me car will be at the dealership Monday with 10mis on the meter (wonder who’s been driving it? ). Finance all done… at 1.4% Rock on!!!!
Tungsten with black interior.

I’ve lurking about on these forums and I’ve learn’t a lot. I am wondering what you folks think of this paint protection kit?

Funny enough that I only asked the dealer about RES, then I find out later that he added RES+ for me....ah well...there goes $65/yr, but I understand the RES+ can be usd without a subscription and has a better range than the standard RES...30ft vs 80ft. Will let ya'll know.

Man it was a long night! Took me hours to get all the paperwork done then to take the scenic route home... burn-in. So here are some silly random shots. ...will take more of the other stuff later this weekend... gotta get back to work. So far... I love this car. My first suv and a luxury one at that!

Its wierd that my camera see's those... in reality you can barely see them... that's why I posted that picture... it was Kinda funny looking to me.

this car is just loaded with buttons... buttons everywhere...

the ride is so smooth (compared to my previous truck).

Hmmm... I wonder what's in this sdcard? I understand the GPs data is supposed to be in here... ...trying to hide from me? Wandering, what type of partition structure it uses??

That's where the NAV maps are updated, and also any update to the NAV/Info head.

The other two buttons I believe are for the non-US model of the Prado. I think one is a brake overide for the manual transmission version, so you can start the motor without touching the brake pedal first (feet on accelerator and clutch simultaneously). For the second one, perhaps a rear foglight for the euro markets? Sure seems like the rear lower lamp housings could hold a bulb.
