I had a 4Runner 2004 V8 (bought new) and Highlander 2012 (new) and both came with a spring loaded holding rod from where you could extend a cover hooked on two hook/clips on each side of the trunk, I did not get this option with my GX460 2014. Does anyone know what the part is called and whether it's available? The place is there (the square sockets where to mount the rod) they are just covered with plastic lids now.

Please let, me know, I would appreciate it. Thanks

You mean the tonneau cover? I thought that was sold as a separate accessory? I believe it was available for $150.

Go to Ebay and check often use GX460 Cargo Cover in your search. Probably $150-325

I never use mine, it gets in the way and was the first thing I took out of my 2010 GX 460 and the first thing I took out of my 2014.
