Default Premium or Luxary Lease deals?

What is everyone getting on a lease deal for the 2014 GX 460 premium or luxury?

Would like to know also. Never leased before. What should I be looking for and how does it work?

I got a quote for the premium package for $650/month, 3 years, 10,000mi, $3000 down (includes 1st payment).

Seems like a decent deal, but would like to see if anyone else is doing any better before making a decision.

In my area they have a special for the base model I'm assuming for $499/month $3999 down 10,000/mi 27 month lease.
No idea for the Premium or Limited.

Yeah, that deal seems to be a national deal. Who wants a base model though?

Also bear in mind that deal is $3,999 down plus tax, tags & title. So, in order to get that payment you have to add on $2,999.70 for taxes, $250 for tags, and Pokanka's $400 fee. So total out of pocket would be $7,648.70. Stupid for a lease IMHO.

If you have a company that will foot the bill that could work. I personally have never leased before and just saw this "special" advertized.
Do you really have to pay full taxes on a car you don't even own?? That would be crazy IMO.

Default Depends on the State.

Some states you pay the tax on the full car sale price (Cap Cost), other states you only pay tax on the portion you are leasing (Usage).

Most lease deals are only effective on a base model, unless the manufacturer wants to get rid of inventory or an end of model year that was slow selling. Once you start adding options or levels of trim, the residuals favor the bank and not you.

Correct. VA though is a state where you pay tax on the sale price.

Lexus doesn't have special residuals for "lease deals". They have slightly different residuals for certain option packages, so a Luxury GX for instance may have a lower residual than a Premium GX.
