Just bought a 2015 Premium with a couple add-ons (blind spot detection, rear collision, a few wood bits) for $37K with 30K miles. Not CPO, but from a reputable Mercedes dealer. They over-allowed a bit on my trade-in, and it seemed like a pretty fair deal. I also considered a 2015 Luxury w/ ML audio for $44K with ~30K miles, but the carfax showed a bunch of air suspension inspections and even the dealer said it wasn't going on the lot until they spent more time looking at the suspension.
