Beautiful truck, Craig!

Are the red "lights" in the rear bumper functional, or are they just dummy/reflector type?

Congrats, Craig. It is a beauty. My only complaint so far is the steering is a little loose and not as precise as my ex-GL's.

Thanks! No complaints here, mine drives better than my previous GX 460. If you have the luxury model, you can leave it in sport mode. My X5 drove better than either one of my GX's. The X5 wasn't a truck and it was a lemon, so you have to give up some handling and braking when you drive a truck based SUV.

Nice truck....didn't like the rear tail lights though, looks Altezza aftermarket installed, front spindle grill looks so busy, just my opinion. enjoy your new ride.

Thanks, not crazy about the tail lights, but they're okay I guess...

I had to take my IS in for a recall. Of course I got to check out the 14 GX and IS, up close and personal. Seeing the GX in person changed my first opinion, based on pictures (thought the front end was too much). The new updates look great! I even like the tail lights and wheels. The front lighting system looks awesome (love to see it at night).

BTW - I got an F-Sport IS as a loaner (250 awd). disappointed

I agree - in person, the 2014 GX looks fantastic. Given the significantly lower price of the 2014 models, I do not believe it made sense to buy a 2013. Looking forward to receiving my new 2014 GX in the next month!
