If you plan to offroad it, gotta do 470 for economic reasons. Crawl control makes a racket when in use much like downhill descent control, which is a big turn off for me. 470 is very dated now with its tape deck... 460 for family hauling and very mild offroad. 470 for offroad mods and use.

on the new crawl control systems, they are a lot more quieter compared to the old systems.

the brake assist I've noticed is a lot more seamless than older gens.

By the time I get my hands on the 460 for offroad it will be dated...lol

Best part about the 460 is the aftermarket support for the Prado overseas - anyway my simple view is the 460 > 470 (and I really liked the 470 - great, tough truck - would make a fun offroad ride)
