Default Power Ports for Passengers

It only takes one road trip to realize a single power port isn't enough.

I added one one for the third row near the cup older. I grounded It behind the panel and ran the hot to the circuit under the console I installed previously. It's always hot so devices can charge when the vehicle is off.

I just used a replacement well with a cap.

I'm using two port chargers from scosche that can charge two devices at 1 amp each.

I added one to the back of the center console beneath the rear audio controls.

16 guage conductor - I always solder for a solid connection. Heat shrink for insulation. I insulated the ground connection for a clean look (yes I know it's hidden).

Finding the center was easy as the back of the panel has a symmetrical grid for reinforcement. I used a 7/8" hole saw in super slow-mo
