I have a 08 GX470. I bought it new 08. Sticker was 52K and I bought it for 46K with Mark Levi. I was shopping for new 460. They had 2013 GX460 F Sport with Nav and Base PKG, NO Mark Levi sound and F Sport package only. It was 61K. If I added Mark Levi package with couple of other options, 3rd most expensive option pkg, it was 66K + 2K for F Sport 69K. If I choose all options + F Sport it's 73K for GS460. All I can say is ouch. 60K for GS460 Sport with basic sound system and minimal options. That seems like a big increase over 2009 body style for some half a$$ updates of the previous model.

I agree. I had a 08 GX as well, sticker was $54k and some change and bought it for $500 over invoice which was $48k and some change. My premium 12 GX sticker was $66k and some change and also paid $500 over invoice and it was $60k and some change. That is a $12k difference in the price paid and I am not sure if the value over the 08 is worth the difference but it is a better truck with better features (KDDS, HIDs, ventiliated seats, power third row seating, etc.).

Echo that... Hence the reason we got the LX instead. More money, but at the time, GX460s were going at full sticker (high 60s), and LX prices were negotiable. The reduced cargo space on the GX460 was a no-go, not at that price point, so in the end, the decision was made even though we did like other features in the GX460.
