Do all GX460s have ATRAC in 4lo?
The lexus website says all GX460s have atrac as standard. But the manual differentiates between trac and atrac. Trac is for 4hi and atrac is for 4lo and atrac only functions if the vehicle is equipped with multi-terrain select and multi-terrain select is activated. Does this mean a gx460 without multi terrain select does not have traction control in 4lo?

This is my understanding of how these systems work. TRAC and A-TRAC are basically the same in that it acts as an LSD by using electronics to activate braking to the slipping wheel. This will divert torque to the wheel with traction without cutting engine/throttle power. This feature works all the time. A-TRAC/TRAC can be defeated (with VSC deactivated) by applying excessive throttle. The VSC is what cuts engine power (throttle). Either locking the center diff or pushing the VSC disable button will disengage the VSC. Depending on the Lexus/Toyota model there are differences in which how these systems operate and their software sensitivity (one example is VDIM). A-TRAC is not exclusive to multi-terrain. With multi-terrain there may be an on/off switch and will have varied sensitivity depending on the mode used.

I can check... Where would I find this magical button?
I have a boat-load of buttons that I will never use and I don't know what any of them are for.
Will gladly trade them all for some extry USB ports in the back...

Look near crawl control if so equipped. Else, the only button that says A-TRAC in it. Crawl control may be up above the rearview mirror. Else I would guess A-TRAC would be at knee level.

These are all of my buttons. If there is another button somewhere else, let me know where to look.
