Great! Nice to find low miles on a used car. My perception so far on the air ride, its really is nice when loaded. I think its a lot more stable as well when loaded. Congrats
Please forward some tech expertise as you find stuff out, and learn your way around it. I have always done 90% of my own work as well. Made my living as a Tech several different times. Bought new this time, only second time ever. I'm getting old enough to not want to do much of my own anymore. But still, I have a need to know how it works. Some places we will go, are a long way from help. Congrats on the new ride.

Thanks! Actually had around 34,800 miles when I purchased. The low mileage, single owner and clean reports were definitely an allure. I even extensively crawled underneath to check for leaks just in case. :-)
I plan to run this one a long..... time. I keep my rigs a minimum of 10-15 years.

Yearh, the pre-collision and wide camera options are really hard to find on used vehicles. I tried too but couldn't find it and settle for a 2010 Premium with the same options as yours.
Good low mileage truck you found. 👍
Btw, my 2010 was only 37250 miles when I got it 2 weeks ago. Only drove 4000 miles since 2015.

Yeah the previous owner is a friend of a friend and bought it from a lease return with 27k miles in 2015 for his daughter who was in college. She put in about 5k miles then he pretty much parked it almost the entire 2016 because Lexus gave him a loaner due to the air bag recall (I may have to check with the dealer for this too). The oil change tag was date 12/2015 at 32780 miles .

Just picked up a 2010 GX 460 base in Peridot/Black. Looks to be a color that was uncommon. I do like the color however so its not an issue to me. Looking for a black cargo cover/tonneau cover. Let me know if you're interested in selling.

2011 GX 460 (Premium?)
Satin Cashmere Metallic/Ecru
57K milles!
(Just Purchased 4/1/17)
My wife and I sold our 175,000 mile 2000 RX300 a year ago, and we have regretted it ever since! Our family has grown (is growing!) and we needed the extra seats, anyway!
How can I tell it this is a true "Premium" model? It doesn't have the 3-mode suspension, or the "Crawl" options. It does have upgraded leather, NAV, and upgraded Stereo, I believe. I am here to learn more, and share what I learn! Thanks in advance for this forum!

Here is a brochure for an '11. I think headlight washers are probably the quickest way on the outside to tell if you have premium package.

Looks like I should have posted my intro here. I'll just link it now.

Hey all,
I recently picked-up a 2012 GX460 base. Essentially last Summer after going camping for the first time in years, I knew I didn't have the right vehicle for it because of lack of space, durability, etc. I also wanted to be able to make camping be easy and fun instead of a chore that mostly involves planning and setup/takedown of camp.
I spent a good 6 months researching various options (Jeeps, trucks (full-size and mid-size), 4Runners, Landcruisers/LX, etc. I finally got to the point of the 4Runner being a good choice, but they are hard to find used in Colorado, and the GX being a bit more refined for daily driver duties (with plenty of them for sale used which have only seen soccer mom duty) pushed me that way. This is the first truck/SUV I've owned since I was 16. I wasn't sure if I would like it or not as I have primarily driven more sport car type stuff in the past, but I love it so far!
My goal for it is a daily driver that has been modified a bit to be a better platform for camping/offroading, mostly in the vein of just being able to camp in places away from big crowds, but nothing too crazy. I also have a custom utility trailer on order with a 6' bed which will be equipped with a rooftop tent. It should be completed soon, though not sure when the tent will arrive.
That's it for now. I'll have to post some photos soon in the thread about the wheels.

2017 Lexus GX 460 Premium
F Sport WheelsThis isn't the actual picture of my car. I just submitted my order and it will arrive from Japan around September
2017 Lexus GX 460 Premium Package
Exterior; Starfire Pearl
Interior: Black Leather Interior with Mahogony Wood Trim
F Sport Wheel upgrade
Tonneau Cover + Cargo/Mat accessories
We have 2 kids in car seats and my 2005 Rx 330 just wasn't cutting it anymore. We needed 3rd row with potential 7 seating which is why we opted out of anything above Premium since those come with captains..
So excited because it's such a beautiful car! These next 4-5 months will be so slow!
