I used the "Contact US" link while logged into the Lexus site.

Got my build sheet today. It's interesting to see the MSRP differences between the years even though most options are similar.

The rear seat entertainment is probably the biggest one that pushed yours up above mine. I think that was like $1800.
A fully loaded model in 2010 was probably close to $70k which adjusted for inflation is around $79k today.

You're right. I didn't think about that. The funny thing was I turned the DVD on and checked it for about 5 min and haven't used it since LOL... even the kids don't even want to watch any DVD now.

Just acquired my first Lexus, a 2011 GX 460.
I'm looking through the forums now for info, already found a recall on airbag notice and am specifically looking for a replacement key & fob (I only got 1 from the dealer).

Congrats and welcome to CL.

Thank you for the welcoming.
This is my first Lex and this GX is AWESOME.
I'm amazed at the level of luxury and technology included in this vehicle.
My wife's '07 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited was a Radio Flyer wagon compared to this!
(btw - I bought that Jeep when they came out with the Lieftime Powertrain Warranty. Engine dropped a cylinder, and they wiggled out of the warranty.)
NEVER buying a Chrysler product EVER!. (Lexus would have to buy them first before I would consider it!)
I wish the GX were MY dd and not my wife's!!!

Welcome. We got some great regulars here. If this is your first, it won't be your last. It is our second GX but 5th lexus - while I like other cars to drive I wouldn't want my family in anything but a Toyota product for long trips and daily reliability. The GX is the heavy one of the family but it makes you feel like no expense was spared. Enjoy!
Thank you for the welcoming.

New purchase-used 2012 GX460 Premium
This is my 3rd Lexus, so I'm sold on the brand and pleased to have purchased this 2012 yesterday. Nav, Mark Levinson sound, 3rd row seating. Premium model. Knights Armour, black interior. Heated/cooled seats (nice to have in NC).
Hoping for the best
Any general recommendations?
I don't have the rear luggage cover or overhead luggage racks. Any recommendations? Good idea/not needed?
I'll spend more time at this forum and I'm sure there are plenty of suggestions available...
Has the towing package but no electric brake controller. Recommendations (yeah, search the forum...)?

Welcome aboard!!! Fellow '12 here as well... technically the rarest model year by a few 100 so far in the total 460 production.
Mine didn't come with luggage cover and don't miss it. I have the roof rack and use with my Yakima LoadWarrior.
Brake Controller info here
