Door opener sync problems
Did you find written directions in your car's owner's manual? This is where there will be two sets of instructions. One for rolling code, one for without. It's crucial that you follow directions exactly or it won't work. I've had several cars over the past 10 years and have found it easy to misread instructions and not get the button programmed properly.
To point out how easy it is to make a mistake, you typed in the serial/model number incorrectly on your last post, you put in AA when there's only one A. I'm not picking on you or trying to be a jerk, just pointing out how easy it is to make a mistake.
Good luck.

Sometimes Groupon has garage opener service deals. Get someone out to check your opener. Or call your local Lexus service department, ask if they can test the car system if you bring it in. Or you can just keep the opener remote in your car.
I just replaced a green button Liftmaster on Thursday that would not accept a remote.
It was the receiver board . Yours is the same year , not worth repairing. 23 years from a garage door opener is great .
Time to install a new one. I recommend a belt drive with MYQ wifi control included . The B970 Chamberlain has that and also comes with 2 remotes, keypad and battery backup.

Searched on here glad I'm not the only one. Feel like I'm losing my mind.
My 2011 used the homelink to open my old door at my last house no problem. New house with two new liftmaster doors, no dice.
Tried the owners manual methods, tried the official lexus 2010-2012 youtube video methods. Tried the method that I just used to program my wife's new jeep homelink. Tried clearing all of them. Tried clearing a single button. Tried programming buttons 1, 2 and 3. Tried one door, tried the other. Tried 20 seconds, tried a full minute as per one youtube ancient lexus commenter. Do you know how long a minute lasts constantly squeezing two buttons and staring at a blinking light with your head cocked up at the headliner? It's a long time.
I don't know if it's an age thing, my 2011 Acura opens both of these doors too.
IMO not worth getting some sort of repeater, that sounds even worse. Stuck the remote on the visor like it's 1995, it works great.
So yeah moral of my story, if anyone else is struggling to set a 2010-2011 GX homelink, the solution is to move on with your life.

I have 5 year old house. And a 2019 GX I just purchased. Took awhile to get it to work. But it still has a delay.
On my 2016 RX. I could just touch the button from 4 or 5 houses down and it would work. Now I basically have to be turning into my driveway. Hold the rear view mirror button for 2 or 3 seconds. And the door will start to move.
At first I was ok with having to be so close. And the delay. But I may just go back to my remote.
