So I'm curious why my GX has a winter and a summer tire setting (A/B switch under the dash) if the Tires have to be programed into the ECU using Tech Stream or TPMS tool each time you change sets. Why can the car only remember only one set of TPMS. My tire store tried over and over last weekend and could only get one set of tires programed at a time. Always had to delete one set to add the other. What is the purpose of the A/B switch? They said they would reprogram the other tires when they put them back on.
Great store service. They charged me $10 per tire to install the new tire sensor and program the car on the old tires. I had new rims and bought tires. Actually A/T for hunting season, not winter since I live in the south. They Installed those TMPS for free with the new tire service. Added new TPMS to both sets of tires and the spare. No more light, until I change tires back out.

What year GX do you have? Never heard of this nor have seen any documentation vehicle supports two sets of tires.

Can you take a picture of it? Only 5 slots in TS for tires on mine. 5th is the spare.

06 GX

Button #31

31-Tire Pressure warning System Selector

Manual says that it should be a way to program 2 sets.
