So after wanting this Demello plate bumper since my first GX, I finally bit the bullet and ordered one during Cyber week taking advantage of the 20% discount. In person, the evolution Demello bumpers have gone through is amazing. I have owned two Demello bumpers on my previous FJCs so this was an obvious go to for me. The laser cut bracing and design that went into the mounts is above and beyond my previous bumpers. It took a little trimming of the factory fender tabs where the stock bumper clipped into but overall install was a breeze. I'm in love with the new front end now!!

Mount brackets and hardware, even has loom for the AC line that will slightly need to be bent back to clear.

Everything off! You need to remove all braces including the center and side pieces under the headlights.

Trimming of the factory fender flares for install:

Closeup of mounting brackets installed.

Opted to trim the tabs from the factory washer fluid reservoir and paint it black to hide it and leave it.

Fits perfect like a glove!

Adjusting the Icon ride height after bumper install, it only dropped about a 1/4" inch after install.

Just a little closeup:

Went out to Mojave and took some beauty shots:

To finish off the bumper, added some satin red 4500lb rated D ring shackles from D Ring Shackle Supply and some lights including some amber LED cubes from ebay and (3) Tuff Stuff 4x4 long range 7" round LED lights:

Tuff Stuff 7" long range LEDs:

Mocking the lights up:

Outfitting switch into factory panel:

Let there be light! Very happy with the light output of these:
